In 2004, Pine Needles underwent an important restoration project. Under the watchful eye of Ross aficionado, John Fought, the greens were rebuilt, bunkers were dug out and fresh sand was installed. Contours and dimensions of greens were restored to their original forms as shown by a series of vintage aerial photos of the course, returning the course to its original glory. Following the restoration, the Pine Needles course measures more than 7,000 yards in length with some holes having been "stretched" to return the shot values that Donald Ross intended for this course. Fairway bunkers are now placed so that they serve as the kind of hazard that Ross intended for the tees.

The beautiful 18-hole championship Duke University Golf Club opened in 1957 and is a Robert Trent Jones, Sr.-designed course. Redesigned by Jones; son Rees in 1994, the Duke University Golf Club was the site of the 2001 NCAA Men's Golf Championship, and is considered one of the top ten golf courses in North Carolina. Lonnie Poole Golf Course is an 18-hole public golf course located on the campus of North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA. The Lonnie Poole Golf Course was designed by Arnold Palmer and the design team at Arnold Palmer Design Company.

The Golf Club at Quail Ridge in Sanford, North Carolina is under new management as of January 2017. The course was designed by Ellis Maples, opened in 1967 and is located in the Sandhills region of North Carolina. Quail Ridge is a short drive from Pinehurst as well as Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Triangle area. The course reopened in October 2017 after Major Renovations (The first such renovations since the couse originaly opened in 1967). We have NEW Champion Bermuda Greens, NEW TifTuf Bermuda Fairways, New Sand in the Bunkers, and rolling hills. This par 72 golf course has a course rating of 72.8 and a slope of 127. Upon completion of Tot Hill Farm Golf Club, Mike Strantz boldly stated the course was the best that he had ever built. With that in mind, we did not want to play architect in the restoration of the golf course. Instead, we took great care in restoring the course back to Mike’s original plans. Phase 1 of the restoration has covered a lot of ground and the golf course is fantastic. However, we are not stopping. There is more work to be done that will take place well into 2024 in an effort to further refine this bucket list golf destination. Our goal is to create an experience that you never want to leave, celebrating the precious time we have with friends over this glorious piece of property Mike worked so hard to construct.
